It depends on the retailer.
When you spend $35 or more on groceries online from Amazon, home delivery is free.

Additionally, groceries purchased online with an EBT card from Walmart Grocery are subject to a delivery fee varying from $7.95 to $9.95 depending on location.

Each year, the U.S. government calculates the new maximum benefit for SNAP benefits recipients based on inflation.
The new Cost-Of-Living Adjustments (COLA) go into effect on October 1 each year and are active through the following year.

What Restaurants Accept EBT in Texas?
Unfortunately, you cannot use your Lone Star EBT card at restaurants in Texas.
That is because Texas does not currently participate in the Federal Restaurant Meals Program.

To check the balance on your Texas Lone Star EBT card, you can:
- Call 800-777-7328.
- Check the receipt from your most recent purchase.
- Check your balance at the store before buying anything, if the store allows it.

- Alcoholic beverages and tobacco
- Cleaning products, paper products, toiletries, and cooking utensils
- Pet supplies
- Items for food preservation such as canning jars and lids, freezer containers, or food wrapping paper
- Medicines, vitamins, or minerals
